Is there any way to get rid of Bell, since he was installed illegally?

It is literally an act of the state legislature. There was the case of a Schuylkill County Commissioner, since ousted through election, who had impeachment proceedings started, but never pursued. This guy cost the county millions in sex harassment settlements, which included evidence of him stalking one of the women who worked at the courthouse. They had this guy dead to rights in a proceeding, and couldn't muster the ability to get rid of him. So do you think they're going to move on this one, which is admittedly a low level crime? The DA has refused to move on it, telling me that the Attorney General is the proper venue for action, then when I went to the AG they said, "We can't act without a referral from your DA." This is a giant protection racket by politicians. The best we can do is go to the meetings, tell the people in public comment what a crook this clown is, then make sure we vote him out when he runs next year. Not that that stopped the other crooks, Clarence Hamm and Michelle Kircher, from colluding with Solicitor Chad Schnee and former Vacancy Board Chair Dianna Reeser to place him there illegally.
